Song lyrics of [link]

Often I'm told I need to clean up my act
although maturity is something I lack

"You're such a brat [Name]! You are so damn childish and ruin everything! Get out!" The angry voice scolded, his rage fuming from his body.

Her eyes widened and tears started to sting her [e/c] orbs. He never took his anger out on her knowing how sensitive she was, but her careless attitude cost him his patience. "I'm sorry Levi." She apologized, her lip quivering.

Levi rolled his eyes at her, "I don't want your shitty apology. I want you to get out while I clean up your mess." He demanded, his finger pointing towards the front door of their apartment.

[Name]'s eyes fell at the broken vase on the floor. She knew how precious that was to Levi, it belonged to his late mother, the only piece he had left of her. Guilt filled her body and she did what Levi told her. She grabbed the coat on the hanger and headed towards the door. [Name] gave one last look at Levi and walked out, whispering a 'goodbye' to him.

And so when some simple little problems arise
I overthink them over and over again

Her feet dragged through the cold snow, her mind replaying Levi's words over and over again. Each word he spat at her took a piece of her with it. [Name] could still picture his eyes full of hatred and disgust in them. Those eyes felt so familiar to her, eyes that her parents had when she made a mistake and one of those mistakes was her. Their words still haunt her to this day.

"You are such nuisance!" Her father screamed, his fist punching the wall beside him.

[Name] jumped up in fear, "I-I'm sorry dad..." She whimpered, her eyes flowing with tears.

"Sorry? Sorry won't pay the bills" He growled, "If you weren't a needy little shit, we wouldn't be in this money situation!"

She knew it wasn't her fault, her father had a gambling addiction, but his pride and ego got in the way and she became the blame. After a while she started to feed into their lies and accused herself.

It seems that the world is just a troublesome place
so sometimes I think that I should just end the pain

[Name] headed for her destination, tears falling freely down her cheeks. She felt as if she was holding the weight of the world on her shoulders and all she wanted to do was give up. She let everyone down in her life, she didn't want to disappoint anyone else. After all, [Name] let down the one person who loved her most. Levi.

Levi. The man of her dreams, the one who picked up each piece of her heart and fixed it all back together. How she would miss his voice, his embraces, the goodnight kisses, and relentless love he showed her. Of all the people she failed, she regretted dissatisfying him the most. [Name] didn't even want to think about how she let him down, it was too painful for her to believe. She just wanted the agony to vanish.

You're sick aren't you dear, I'm sick of the tears
Why can't everything just end simply?

"What's wrong with?" A gruff voice asked, startling the crying woman.

She looked up at the man and furiously wiped away the tears she shed. "N-nothing, Sir." [Name] quickly replied, praying he would go away.

The man sat on the bench she was on, "Bull-shit." He cursed.

She looked taken back, "I-I beg your pardon?" She stuttered out.

"Bull-shit. You're crying, that isn't nothing." He stated, "Now tell me what's wrong? Are you sick and dying of a unknown disease?" The man questioned.

"Sick, yes. However, not the way you put it..." She trailed off.

"How would you put it then?"

"I'm just sick of these tears, sir." [Name] confessed.

She felt an arm on her shoulder, making her startled. He sighed and withdrew his hand, "I'm sorry. I don't know how to deal with whatever you are going through, but if you want someone to talk to I'm here to listen." He muttered, obviously uncomfortable with his situation.

[Name] looked at him in bewilderment, "Sir, I-"

"Don't call me Sir, I'm not that fucking old." He grumbled, "The name is Levi."

"I don't understand Levi, why are you doing this?" She asked in confusion.

"What? Are you saying I can't be nice, brat?" He scoffed.

[Name] started to chuckle, something she hadn't done in a long while. "Well you look pretty uncomfortable taking to me." She joked.

"I guess I'll need your help, so help me help you."

Give a sign, give a sign, a reason not to die,
give me a chance to prove my worth

[Name] smiled at the sweet memory and then walked over to her destination. She leaned her head over the wall and gazed down, there was a twenty foot drop. With a deep breath she pulled herself up on the bridge. [Name] looked up at the sky, "Show me a sign, give me a reason not to die." She whispered, and closed her eyes.

You always told me stars would guide me back home
although they only show at night

Levi let out a huff and threw the bag full of shattered glass in the garbage can. 'I shouldn't have been so harsh on her.' He thought to himself. [Name] hadn't been back for awhile and it worried him. He didn't know where she had gone, and the tiny thought in the back of his head started to grow and manifest into fear. He needed to find her before she did something that would destroy him.

Quickly he walked out of the apartment and into the cold of winter. Levi glanced at the ground and saw the familiar footsteps of his beloved. He smiled thinking of the comforting words she once told him.

"Levi, no matter where I am. The stars will guide you back to me." She whispered, burying her head in his chest.

"You know stars only come out at night, brat." He pointed out.

He felt the small woman huff in frustration, "You're so literal Levi." She mumbled, sending vibrations throughout his body.

Levi carefully followed the footprints, hoping it would lead to her. After walking for several minutes the footfalls ended. He looked across to see a road full of cars zooming by and beyond that was a wall with a certain [h/c] girl on it. Levi's heart dropped from his chest, he quickly sped towards her, ignoring the honking cars. "[Name]!" He screamed running to the love of his life.

Step back from me
Please leave me be

"[Name]!" An all too familiar voice called her.

Her head turned to face a pair of terror stricken eyes. She gave him a sympathetic smile, "Levi, just go. I don't want you to see me like this." She confessed, looking back down to her permanent destination.

Levi's hand grasped her small wrist, "You don't want me to see you like this? Are you fucking kidding me? Would you rather prefer me see you buried six feet deep?" He questioned, "How selfish of you! You didn't even consider how I felt. Goddammit! If you die, i'm going with you!" He screamed, tears flowing down his face.

"Levi I-" She began, but he cut her off.

"If that is an apology coming from you mouth then shut up! I won't forgive you if you do this!" He growled, "Please, just come home..." Levi begged, the tone in his voice changing to despair.

[Name] did as she was told and leaped off the wall, falling into Levi's arms. He held her, burying his head in her hair; the smell of vanilla and Christmas engulfing his noise.

You always showed me so much kindness,
I don't deserve it, I have failed you too much

Her tears started to stain his jacket as she let out loud sobs out. Levi coaxed her whispering sweet nothings in her ear.

"You're beautiful."

"You have worth."

"I'll never let you go."

Every word he muttered to her replaced every lie that she believed. Each touch repaired her broken heart and she fell more and more in love with him.

"Why are you doing this?" She choked out.

"What? Are you saying I can't be nice, brat?" He chuckled, repeating the same words he told her years past.

[Name] smiled, "Of course not, Sir." She sighed, "I love you Levi."

"I love you too brat."
with now reading this
Please don't say anything hurtful
You don't know what people are going through, so it's best not to say anything rude.
BUILD PEOPLE UP, NOT TEAR THEM DOWN (just like a mjolnir can do)

ANYWAY I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS! I WORKED HARD ON THIS ONE ^^ <3

Feedback is always appreciated
